Changing your password
Passwords are changed through the reset flow on the sign-in screen. It works the same whether you've forgotten your password or simply want a new one.
Reset your password
Open the sign-in page and click Forgot password?.
Enter your email and click Send reset link.
Open the email we send you and click the link.
Set a new password and you're back in.
Password requirements
Your password must include:
At least 8 characters.
One uppercase letter and one lowercase letter.
One number.
One special character, for example !, @, or #.
A small checklist appears while you type so you always know what's left.
Tips for a strong password
Use a unique password for One Privacy that you don't use anywhere else.
Consider using a password manager (1Password, Bitwarden, your browser's built-in manager) to generate and store it.
If you ever suspect your password has leaked, change it straight away.
